Each weekday begins with a presentation and workshop. These workshops provide the framework and foundation for guest success after leaving to return home. Each workshop systematically builds on the previously presented material and topics include: nutrition, exercise, mental and emotional health, mindset, self-discovery, habits, goal-setting and much more; each having practical-application activities to assist guests with the confidence to implement into their lives on a very personal level.
