Jared Jones
Program Director
Jared brings his expertise to add to The Ridge’s unique voice and message; using non-traditional and non-conventional ideas, methods, and processes to challenge the status quo about our individual paths of progress and wellness journeys. With a career spanning over two decades, Jared has been deeply involved in wellness both personally and vocationally, working as a public and private school educator, trainer, group exercise instructor, athletic coach, lecturer, and speaker. Additionally, Jared published his first book “The Weight of Emotions” in 2023, giving clarity and structure to the message of Jared’s application of knowledge and experience.
In addition, Jared’s background includes roles in general and wellness-specific hospitality, assisted and independent living, and clinically therapeutic environments, providing a solid foundation for his role directing The Ridge. Jared’s favorite part of working at the Ridge is meeting others where they are and being part of their journey to find their unique “why,” leading to authentic, inspired action toward wellness. Jared describes the Ridge as: Passionately Intentional, Compassion/Empathy, Progress-Mindset, Finding Balance, and Synergistically Supportive.
