Dave is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with an AS in Culinary Arts. Growing up between Boston, New Jersey, and North Carolina, David first learned about food from his grandmothers, both of whom were amazing southern cooks. With a career spanning 35 years, he has worked in various kitchens and hotels, learning cooking techniques from some of the best chefs in the country. David is committed to quality and consistency, whether he’s feeding five or 500 people. His greatest strength is his heart, and his passion for food drives him to always strive to feed people well. David’s favorite part of working at The Ridge is meeting people and sharing in their wellness journeys. To him, The Ridge embodies a peaceful, supportive, rejuvenating, relaxing, and educational environment where culinary excellence and health converge.
