Invigorating Fitness

The fitness program at The Ridge offers a wide range of classes, inviting guests to try class formats that they may not ever try, of have access to, on their own at home. Classes are designed to increase fitness across all domains of physical fitness including: cardio-respiratory endurance,  muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, reaction-time, agility, stability etc, and are designed to be modified to each individual's ability, allowing them to participate in every class at the level they feel comfortable with.

The Ridge is a “safe” place built on community support and encouragement, where guests feel empowered to perform at levels not previously experienced, and laying the groundwork for continued progress and growth at home.
